Info:
Who is sometime called "Curly Red", as his winter coat grows out in ringlets, is quite the handsome guy. He was originally a trail horse at a Dude ranch. When the Dude ranch no longer wanted him he was sent to auction. (unfortunately this can mean Mexico or Canada meat markets). He was save by a very kind lady here in North Texas. This was only a temporary situation until she could safely re-located him. We were contacted by a mutual friend who also does horse rescues. Of course he was welcomed quickly to the BNoble Farm, along with his friend Blackjack! Red is really one of good riders, although a little lazy. We think he just got tired at the Dude ranch of being constantly ridden by inexperienced strangers. So here at BNoble he is happy grazing and chilling with the herd. And, this is just fine with us.
