Is the very first horse to be rescued by BNoble Farms 5 years ago. She was the sole survivor of a Humane Society "sting" in North Texas. According to the Humane Society, she was pregnant and had survived by eating tree bark. She was barely alive and they described the area where she was found as a "Death camp with animal carcasses everywhere." Wendy is an approximately 27-year-old Welsh Pony who not only is a "Survivor" but the Ultimate Mother. Her beautiful, healthy baby girl "Freckles" was born 3 weeks, prior to the Humane Society release to BNoble Farms. Wendy is still (rightfully so) very wary of most humans. However, she has learned in the last 4 1/2yrs. that she has a forever home with a warm stall with plenty of food, water, and carrots. She also loves being Mom to Freckles, Sweet Pea, and Grand Ma to Scout.
